Take your French conversational skills to new heights!

The Alliance Française Reno is excited to offer in-person French Conversation Meetings.

The first sessions were such a success, that we will be offering these group meetings on a regular basis. A special thank you to all those who participated and helped make this group an ongoing reality.

All skill levels welcome.

So join us for the one coming up on Saturday, Nov. 2nd, 2024

From 10:30 am - 11:30 am at the Washoe County Sierra View Library, 4001 South Virginia Street.

Guided by Andreas Steckenborn, an experienced volunteer, who will help facilitate discussions and provide not only valuable feedback, but also lots of fun facts along the way.  

Personal note from Andreas:  

• I love learning about new languages ​​and cultures. I grew up bilingual in Canada but was fortunate enough to learn Mandarin in China, and I have participated in and organized conversation groups that have allowed me to meet people who are passionate about linguistics. My other interests are outdoor activities such as fishing, canoeing, and bird watching.

These meet-ups are the perfect way to sharpen your language skills, stay inspired in your learning, and connect with others who share your love for French!

Food & Beverages will be at each participant's responsibility to pay in case you order at the Hub Coffee Roaster.
